Qualifications

• AAT qualification or working towards it.
• Experience with accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant software.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase and sales invoices accurately.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and posting transactions.
• Maintain and update financial records and ledgers.
• Prepare month-end and year-end close processes.
• Assist with VAT returns.
• Handle payment runs and manage petty cash.
• Support audit preparation.
