Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of monthly management accounts.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and month-end duties.
• Provide insightful financial reporting for decision-making.
• Work with operational teams to understand financial performance.
• Take ownership of key transactional processes including AP/AR.
• Identify process improvements across the finance function.
• Support senior finance staff with ad-hoc financial analysis.
