Overview

A London-based Quantity Surveying consultancy is looking to partner its current Associate M&E Quantity Surveyor with a smart Assistant M&E Quantity Surveyor.

The Assistant M&E Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Assistant M&E Quantity Surveyor will join a supportive London office where you will be working on heritage, commercial, and education projects valuing up to £50m. The successful Assistant M&E Quantity Surveyor will be carrying out and supporting an Associate with pre and post contract experience, before taking on your own smaller projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support an Associate with pre and post contract experience on M&E Quantity Surveying projects.
• Study and assist in managing projects from inception to completion, including smaller projects as you gain experience.
• Collaborate on heritage, commercial, and education projects up to £50m value.

Qualifications

• UK, M&E Quantity Surveying experience.
• Previous QS experience within a PQS practice.
• 12+ months M&E Quantity Surveying experience.
• Basic pre and post contract knowledge.
• Comfortable working on site and in the office.
