Overview

All the details are in the job description, but in summary you will have a board and varied role as an Assistant HR Partner. We have over one thousand staff in the surgical division in various roles and professions that you may work with. You'll always be busy, but the work is really interesting and rewarding and every day goes really quickly! You'll work closely with the Divisional HR Partner but may also support other divisions at times too. In the HR role you'll be here for our people, and our primary aim is to help create a great place for everyone to work.

Responsibilities
  • Work with the Divisional HR Partner and support other divisions as needed.
  • Focus on people-centred HR activities to help create a positive working environment.
  • Communicate and build sound working relationships, work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Plan, organise and prioritise work; adapt to a fast-paced environment; be competent with IT.
Qualifications
  • Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in Human Resources are ideal, but training and development will be provided.
Working arrangements
