A passion for health and wellbeing, to help and support staff to be at work and return to work after periods of absence, someone who has a real desire to make a positive difference for others. Youll need to be able to confidently communicate with people, be able to build sound working relationships and have a friendly and professional approach to work. Youll need to be able to work well on your own, and equally well as part of a team. Work can be fast paced so youll need to be well organised and be able to plan and prioritise your work and be competent with IT. Were really open minded and embrace change, so please bring along your ideas and enthusiasm. Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience of Human Resources is ideal, but please dont worry if you dont tick all the boxes - we will support people with training, further education and development.

Youll work closely with the Divisional HR Partner but may also support other divisions at times too. In the HR role youll be here for our people, and our primary aim is to help create a great place for everyone to work.
