We’re looking for anAssistant Hub Managerwho’s ready to be on the front line — welcoming players, driving membership, and making sure every visit leaves people wanting more. You’ll play a key role in building a thriving padel community from the ground up.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Supporting the Hub Manager with theday-to-day running of the hub, including :
  • Creating and managingstaff rotas
  • Handlingmembership queriesand ensuring members feel valued
  • Assisting withevent planningfor tournaments, socials, and open days
  • Delivering an exceptional experience for members, players, and guests
  • Managing bookings and keeping front-of-house operations running smoothly
  • Leading and motivating the front-of-house team
  • Actively promoting the hub to grow participation and membership
  • Ensuring smooth operations and high standards across the venue
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role (hospitality, leisure, or sport)
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • A proactive, hands‑on approach — willing to roll up your sleeves
  • Strong organisational skills for scheduling, planning, and follow‑through
  • Great communication skills and the ability to inspire a team
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and events
  • An interest in sport — padel knowledge is a bonus but not essential
