Location: 33 Old Broad St, London EC2N 3AH
Rate of Pay: £35,000 per annum, evening event overtime paid at a premium of 1.5
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- To be able to work in a fast paced environment and work well under pressure
- To coordinate together with the team leader the day to day hospitality services, ensuring pre-set high standards are maintained
- To coordinate the hospitality staff and ensure adequate coverage for daily operations and events
- To train and supervise team members to uphold service standards
- Oversee set up, service flow and breakdown of events
- Maintain strong client relationships and anticipate guests needs
- Assist the head of hospitality in managing budgets, invoices and purchasing
- Ensure compliance with health and safety and food safety and corporate service standards
