This key role as an additional member of our senior leadership team offers the opportunity to deliver our vision on education through instilling our values in staff and pupils.   • Responsibilities and Qualifications
    • Successful teaching experience in an age 3 to 19 environment.
    • Commitment to and evidence of continuous improvement and your own professional development.
    • Excellent track record of pupil outcomes and leading a successful department/team.
    • Be a team player, with a ‘can do’ solution‑focused attitude.
    • Possess outstanding communication skills and personal integrity.
    • Successfully and effectively use comparative data (including EFL or similar) for benchmarking, target setting and monitoring to improve pupil outcomes.
    • Understanding and significant experience of the work of external agencies.
    • The interpersonal skills to communicate effectively and professionally with staff, pupils, parents and others.
    Salary

    Point – SSL02, point 5‑10 of the Meridian Trust Leadership Pay Scale, Full time
