The Opportunity

We are seeking a polished and service-driven Assistant Head Concierge to join our opening team at The St. Regis London. This role is central to delivering the hallmark of St. Regis hospitality - personalized anticipatory service that transforms each guests stay into an unforgettable experience.

You will respond to guest requests for special arrangements provide insider recommendations and ensure seamless communication across departments. With a focus on refinement and attentiveness you will embody the St. Regis tradition of excellence and serve as a trusted guide for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a departmental role model and mentor ensuring compliance with company standards policies and external regulations
  • Report accidents injuries and unsafe work conditions; complete required safety training and certifications
  • Follow all company policies and procedures; maintain professional uniform and appearance; protect company assets and confidentiality
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to brand standards; anticipate and address service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation
  • Communicate clearly and professionally including proper telephone etiquette
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships; support team goals; listen and respond appropriately to employee concerns
  • Comply with quality assurance expectations and operational standards
