Qualifications

• Experience in golf course maintenance or similar field is preferred.
• Knowledge of turf maintenance and environmentally friendly practices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work weekends and Bank Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the golf course by mowing, watering, and planting trees and shrubs.
• Treat and control weeds, pests, and diseases using environmentally friendly methods.
• Renovate and maintain bunkers, hazards, and water features.
• Repair damages caused by golfers or animals.
• Respond to golfer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with drainage problems and apply irrigation as needed.
• Cut new holes on greens and ensure good condition.
• Operate and maintain machinery and tools.
