Compensation: £24,242 / year

Zero hour contract. On average this would be between 3 - 7 hours a week, supporting and attending fixtures.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, organization, delivery, and review of sessions and games within our Bath College / Bath City football program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high quality coaching to our under 18’s age-group in accordance with the academy principles and games model, reporting to the Academy Head Coach.
  • Ensure the welfare and safety of all academy players.
  • Assist the Lead Coaches with the player IDP meetings, and performance reviews on a termly basis.
  • Plan and deliver sessions effectively for the programme, aligned to the Academy principles and game model.
  • Support Academy open / trial days, assessing and reporting on any players who attend.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Football specific knowledge.
  • Able to manage workload and meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and ability to work well unsupervised.
  • Level 2 FA Coaching Qualification (or equivalent)
  • Excellent written skills with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates honesty, integrity, reliability and the ability to ensure confidentiality at all times.
