A recruitment agency is looking for an Interim Assistant Director of Housing Management in London. You will manage housing compliance, maintenance, and oversee council homes. Ideal candidates have Local Authority experience and are excited about contributing to housing improvements. This role offers a hybrid work environment with 3 days in the office.
INTERIM ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF HOUSING MANAGEMENT

Park Avenue are pleased to be working with a London Borough who require an Interim Assistant Director of Housing Management on an initial 3 month contract.
This role will see you covering Housing Management and Property Services - in particular compliance, maintenance and repairs. You'll hold responsibility over their 4,500 council homes, and have 2 direct reports (Head of Service).
Your key focus will be managing relations with the RSH, continuing to improve the service which is already on a great trajectory. They're looking for someone who's dynamic, and excited to be part of the change.
We've worked extensively with this Council in their Homelessness department, supporting with Housing Options and Migrant Housing Support - It's worth adding that all of our contractors are happy and achieving meaningful outcomes so far!
The Council work on a hybrid basis, where you'd be required in the office 3 days per week. Access to a car is recommended so you can attend site meetings as required.
You'll ideally have experience in a Local Authority, but Housing Association experience is also welcomed.
