JOB DETAILS
JOB BAND: C
CONTRACT TYPE: 12m Fixed Term, Full-time
DEPARTMENT: BBC Homepage Team
LOCATION: MediaCity, Salford – Hybrid

PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: £28,100 - £35,000 depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience.

Shift working will be required, including weekends and bank holidays, according to rota.

This includes on average 1x4 0700am starts and 1x4 2200pm finishes, approximately 1 in 4 weekends as well as some bank holiday working. This is a 365 role and some Christmas and New Year working is also required. This role is based at MediaCity, Salford and attendance at the office is expected on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Essential Criteria

  • Experience working in a digital media environment
  • Understanding of accessibility standards

  • Experience with BBC content platforms like iPlayer and Sounds
