We have an opportunity for an Assistant Claims Manager to join our Claims department. You will report to the Head of Property Binders and ensure the delivery of TMK claims service meets customer expectations through claims handling and service suppliers. Your responsibilities include managing a portfolio of complex claims, working with experienced colleagues or overseeing Senior Claims Adjusters, and ensuring adherence to professional standards and SLAs.
You will liaise with underwriting teams on claims and wording issues to support profitable account development. A clear understanding of the company's risk appetite, values, and organizational behaviors is essential.
