We are seeking a resilient and dynamic individual to join our proactive and skilled management team. In this role, you will provide effective support to the Registered Manager, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care for children with significant intellectual disabilities who may present complex and challenging behaviours.

Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Care Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Registered Manager in developing and implementing the home's philosophy.
  • Assisting in the development of services for children and their families.
  • Participating in the review of service effectiveness, quality, and equality.
  • Providing direct support to staff and children in managing complex behaviours.
