Job summary

A leading entertainment organization in Aberdeen seeks a Sales Strategist responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, particularly in corporate and event segments. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, aiming to increase attendance and revenue. A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is required, along with at least 3 years of sales experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong presentation skills are essential, and fluency in Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Sales Director – Corporate and Fund Raising, the incumbent will be responsible for the development and implementation of sales strategies of Ocean Park and Water World, particular in corporate and event segments. He/she has to identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve incremental attendance and targeted sales revenue.

Qualifications
  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Sales and Marketing, Business Administration or other relevant disciplines
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably in business development, account servicing, and securing new sponsorship and event partnerships.
  • Proven sales and presentation abilities with a strong track record of generating sales
  • Highly organized, self‑motivated, and aggressive, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English. Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
