Following the recent economic downturn, this Top-50 accountancy practice has emerged with flying colours, consistently offering a terrific level of service to its client base and winning new business. The firm seeks an accomplished and high-calibre ACA or ACCA qualified Assistant Audit Manager to join their team.
Joining a hard-working and high-achieving team, you will be in great company to challenge yourself further and push on in your career. The role will initially involve handling a sizeable client portfolio (up to £500k fees) while providing an excellent level of service, with some business advisory work in addition to regular compliance services. The client base consists of owner-managed businesses and subsidiaries of overseas companies, including aspects of group accounting. Typical client turnovers range from £1m to £50m. Internally, managers contribute to day-to-day office operations and to the management and training of staff. As a senior representative of the firm, you may prepare and present new business pitches, presenting an opportunity to demonstrate and develop client-facing and business development skills.
