A leading housing organization in Wales is seeking a Data Lead to analyze and report on property improvement programs, connect data insights across teams, and lead a small team. The ideal candidate will have advanced Excel skills, experience in project management, and knowledge of housing quality standards. This hybrid role offers flexible working and various benefits, including 26 days of holiday and a pension scheme.
The role sits within the Asset Intelligence team and reports to the Asset Intelligence Manager. You'll connect data and insights across the organisation working with colleagues in asset management compliance finance health and safety neighbourhoods and sustainability. You'll also collaborate with external partners such as contractors consultants and local authorities to enhance the quality of data and support better services. As a Data Lead you'll help create a supportive and high-performing environment.
We are looking for someone who can work with complex IT systems and analyse data to spot trends forecast outcomes and guide evidence-based decisions. You should have advanced skills in Excel and system integration with knowledge of housing quality standards such as WHQS23. Experience in leading projects managing people and working collaboratively across teams is key. A background in property refurbishment or retrofit decarbonisation is desirable with PAS2035 knowledge an advantage.
