We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Asset Manager to take ownership of our vehicle fleet and company property portfolio. This is an exciting new standalone role, offering the opportunity to shape processes, improve efficiencies and make a real impact within the business. Enthusiastic, detail-driven and confident in managing a variety of tasks independently.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all aspects of the company's vehicle fleet
  • Liaise with our fleet provider to ensure service standards are met
  • Oversee vehicle requirements, utilisation and renewals
  • Manage fleet-related budgets and monitor expenditure
  • Review and optimise service level agreements on an ongoing basis
  • Act as the main point of contact for our property management company
  • Manage tenancy agreements and ensure compliance
  • Oversee routine and ongoing property maintenance
  • Review preferred suppliers and ensure best value
  • Maintain effective scheduling of inspections, works and renewals
  • Monitor and manage property-related budgets
Qualifications
  • Experience in budget management
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a standalone role
