A leading service provider in the UK is seeking an Asset Data Coordinator to manage asset and PPM data within the CAFM system. This role involves preparing and validating maintenance schedules, auditing work for compliance, and collaborating with teams to resolve data issues. Qualifications

• Ability to self-manage, prioritise tasks, and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Strong communication skills and a calm, professional manner under pressure.
• Proficiency in Excel (including advanced formulas, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables).
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working with large datasets.
• CAFM experience desirable (training provided if required).

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate asset and PPM data within the CAFM system.
• Prepare, validate, and update templates for asset and maintenance schedules.
• Develop and manage planned maintenance schedules for physical assets.
• Audit completed work to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Support mobilisation projects and data set-up for new contracts.
• Monitor data entry procedures to maintain quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with operational teams, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve data issues.
• Assist the Asset Data Manager and Product Manager with agreed data management activities.
