A leading workplace and facility management company in the UK is seeking an Asset Data Co-ordinator. The role involves collating and maintaining asset data, ensuring system integrity, and supporting contract activities. Candidates should be proficient in CAFM systems, especially Maximo, possess strong Excel skills, and demonstrate excellent organizational abilities. As an Asset Data Co‑ordinator, you will be responsible for collating, validating, and maintaining asset and PPM data within the Maximo CAFM system. You will troubleshoot system issues, ensure data integrity, and support contract mobilisation and demobilisation. The role involves applying best practices aligned with SFG20, CIBSE, RICS, and ISS standards, while driving continuous improvement in asset lifecycle management. You will also liaise with stakeholders, provide accurate reporting, and contribute to cost avoidance by identifying data discrepancies.
