  • Preparing assessment planning activities of engineering apprentices, ensuring all aspects of the apprenticeship standard or framework is met within a timely manner.

You might already be an experienced assessor, or an engineer with industry expertise ready to inspire the next generation - either way, we want to hear from you. We are recruiting for multiple positions for this role, and whilst it is a full-time role, working 37 hours per week, we will also welcome applications from people who wish to work on a part-time basis. Many of the employers that we work with are based in Filton, Bristol, and regular travel to these sites will be expected. You will also be expected to travel to our South West Skills Campus in Weston-super-Mare, where our Engineering department is based. We offer a competitive salary of £28,360.00 - £32,960.00 per annum, alongside an excellent pension scheme and generous annual leave. A temporary Recruitment and Retention Premia of £3000 per annum is attached to this post, which is a separate payment in addition to the normal salary. A review of market conditions will be carried out 6 months prior to the proposed end date (two years from the date of commencement) to establish if the Recruitment and Retention Premia should continue. Salary and Travel
  • Salary: £28,360.00 - £32,960.00 per annum.
  • Travel to employers and sites: regular travel to Filton, Bristol, and travel to Weston-super-Mare (South West Skills Campus).
