You don't need to have any prior experience of engineering - we'll provide full training. What we do ask for is an open mind to learn new skills in a manufacturing environment, and a positive attitude toward delivering results. Perhaps you've done practical, hands‑on work as part of a hobby, or a subject at school? Maybe you've always been interested in how things work in a factory environment? Fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and good communication skills are necessary, but apart from that, if you're keen to learn (and earn as you go!) we'd love to hear from you.
You will be able to follow these instructions to create a full assembly using a mix of electrical and mechanical assembly skills.
