About the Role: We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Assembly Team Leader to join our client's dynamic manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader with a strong background in assembly processes to step into a key role within a fast-paced production environment.


Responsibilities


  • Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of assembly operatives to meet daily production targets

  • Monitor performance, ensure productivity levels are maintained, and quality standards are met

  • Allocate tasks and resources effectively to optimize workflow and reduce downtime

  • Provide training and support to team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement

  • Liaise with supervisors, engineers, and quality teams to resolve issues and improve processes

  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations at all times

  • Report on team performance and production metrics as required


Key Requirements


  • Proven experience in a similar assembly or manufacturing leadership role

  • Strong understanding of assembly processes, quality standards, and health & safety practices

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
