Our client is a highly-respected asbestos consultancy providing a diverse range of asbestos services to clients throughout the UK. They are currently seeking a loyal and hardworking Asbestos Surveyor based in or around the Ilford area. The ideal candidate will hold the P402 asbestos certificate and will demonstrate excellent hands-on experience carrying out asbestos surveys on a range of site types. Applications from Romford, Loughton, Enfield and the surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & Experience

• Attained the P402 asbestos certificate or equivalent RSPH qualification
• Previous experience of asbestos surveying within the industry
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package
• Well versed with asbestos Health & Safety procedures

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out asbestos Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on various properties, both commercial and industrial
• Consulting and liaising with clients from all levels
• Building and maintaining a strong relationship with the clients
• Collating and producing accurate, comprehensive asbestos reports
