Job description

Our client is a successful and established asbestos consultancy, who has recently won several prestigious contracts throughout the Southeast. They are currently recruiting for an experienced and hard-working Asbestos Surveyor based in or around the Aylesbury area to join their team. The successful candidate will have previous experience carrying out in-depth and technical surveys on a variety of site bases, including commercial, and industrial. Consideration will be given to applications from High Wycombe, Oxford, Buckingham, and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications & experience:

• Must hold the P402 asbestos certificate or the equivalent RSPH qualification.
• Previous experience in asbestos surveying.
• Have hands on experience working on a variety of site bases including commercial, industrial, and healthcare.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Competent in using Microsoft office package.

Role:

• Carrying out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys on a wide range of properties including Commercial and Industrial properties.
• Collating and producing comprehensive reports.
• Build a strong working relationship with clients.
