Location: Hemel Hempstead, Aylesbury, St Albans & Surrounding Areas (HP Postcodes)

Contract Type: Long-term Contract

Are you an experienced Asbestos Surveyor looking for a stable, high-earning opportunity?

We have an excellent opportunity for a P402 qualified Asbestos Surveyor to join a dynamic team working on social housing residential properties. All of the work is concentrated in the HP postcodes.

The Opportunity
  • Excellent Earning Potential: This is a price-per-survey role with a clear rate card, offering the potential to earn between £200 - £300 per day, with some surveyors earning up to £375 on a good day.
  • Stability & Longevity: This is a long-term contract with work secured well into 2026, providing great stability for the right candidate.
  • Local Work: All work is based in and around Hemel Hempstead, Aylesbury, and St Albans.
