Job description

This client based UKAS accredited company who provide a wide array of professional asbestos and environmental services to clients nationwide is now looking to recruit a competent and hard-working Asbestos Site Analyst based in and around the Ilford area. Applications from Walthamstow, Romford, Dagenham and the surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & Experience

• The applicant must have attained the P403/P404 or the equivalent RSPH qualification
• Experience working in this role within the asbestos industry
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package
• Must be fully conversant with asbestos health & safety legislation

Key Role

• Asbestos smoke, background, leak, reassurance, visual, 4 stage clearances, re-occupation and personal air-testing on properties including commercial and industrial
• Supervising contractors on site ensuring that they comply with asbestos health and safety procedures
• Collate and produce accurate asbestos reports
• Build and maintain a professional relationship with the company’s mixed portfolio of clients
