  • Finalizing reports from site information.
  • Submitting reports to clients.

Job description

We are currently recruiting for an industry leading name within the Asbestos industry. They are looking for an enthusiastic and focused Asbestos Administrator to join their South East office. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating internal systems, logging all incoming jobs, using TEAMS to schedule work and assign asbestos staff accordingly. You will use your professional and friendly manner to liaise with clients when required and continuing to build and maintain relationships. Experience & Qualifications
  • Experience working for a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy within an administration role.
  • Excellent IT skills and familiarity with using TEAMS.
  • Excellent communication skills via phone, email, face-to-face.
  • Keen eye for detail, able to organise workload efficiently.
  • Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
The Role
  • Logging all incoming jobs onto internal databases accurately and efficiently.
  • Liaising with clients, confirming work to be carried out.
  • Assigning asbestos staff to jobs using TEAMS.
  • Arranging accommodation where required.
  • Ensuring all internal systems are up to date and accurate.
  • Raising purchase orders and invoices upon completion of work.
  • Finalising reports using information submitted from site.
  • Submitting accurate and detailed reports to clients.
  • Ensuring the office runs smoothly day-to-day.
  • Undertaking effective control of company documents.
  • Carrying out general administrative duties e.g., scanning and filing documents, answering / making phone calls, sending and replying to emails.
