Location: East Surrey College - Redhill

Salary Range: £29,373 - £41,718 pro-rated accordingly (subject to qualifications, skills, and experience)

Responsibilities
  • Deliver teaching and learning on the Art & Design course to students
  • Independently plan and prepare content to deliver to students
  • Assess students and participate in pastoral tutorial sessions
  • Collaborate with the Programme Manager and the Art, Design & Media team
  • Share knowledge and skills with learners to help them achieve at a high level
  • Drive continuous improvement within the College
Qualifications and Experience
  • A teaching qualification (at a minimum of Level 3)
  • Relevant teaching experience, ideally within an FE environment
  • An Art & Design or equivalent qualification at Level 3 or above
  • Teaching experience of FE
  • Experience of working with learners with high needs
  • Excellent IT skills (including Outlook, Word and PowerPoint)
