Job Title: Area Sales Manager - Residential Mechanical Ventilation

Areas to be covered: London & South East

Remuneration: GBP49,000-GBP59,000 + GBP7,500 Bonus

The role of the Area Sales Manager - Residential Mechanical Ventilation involves:

• Promoting a mid to high-end range of mechanical ventilation products, including MEV and MVHR systems
• Focusing on the residential market
• Selling primarily to M&E contractors and mechanical contactor installers
• 80% new business development, 20% developing existing projects
• Handling projects ranging from 1-200 houses/flats
• Typical order value around GBP (phone number removed) per house/flat
• Collaborating with a specification field sales representative
• Serving as the technical and smart solutions expert for clients

The ideal candidate will have experience as an Area Sales Manager - Residential Mechanical Ventilation with:

• A proven track record in HVAC field sales
• Experience selling into the residential market
• Preferably sales experience with ventilation, heat pumps, or air conditioning
• Contacts within M&E contractors and mechanical installers (preferred)
• Strong new business hunting skills
• A stable career history
• High energy, resilience, and a proactive attitude
