We are searching for a results-oriented Sales Manager to join a global specialist in automated process components and solutions. This role offers an attractive salary and fantastic OTE.

Your role as Area Sales Manager is to increase sales and address customer needs within your region by presenting company products and services to potential clients and identifying specific consumer characteristics to better promote and sell the company's products.

To succeed, you need to be highly motivated to meet sales goals and possess strong communication skills to grow and establish the company's reputation in your region. Experience with automation and control is preferred, especially when working with large accounts.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maximize sales in your territory by identifying customer needs and recommending product solutions
  • Act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within your territory
  • Identify local business opportunities and challenges
  • Develop and implement a territory business plan supporting company goals
  • Develop and manage sales channels for all industrial vacuum products
  • Conduct frequent customer visits, directly or with channel partners
  • Document and manage sales activities through Salesforce CRM
  • Review sales performance regularly with distributors and reps
  • Present company products and services to prospective customers
  • Provide technical support for automation and vacuum conveying product lines
  • Collaborate with other departments to meet sales quotas
  • Participate in company-hosted distributor/rep meetings, events, and activities
  • Assist with trade show preparation and coverage when needed
  • Report on regional sales results weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually

Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in technical sales
  • Strong knowledge of relevant industry markets
  • Work experience as a Sales Representative
  • Familiarity with the industry is desirable
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Resilient with a proven sales track record
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written
