Overview
Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Area Sales Manager to join a leading UK manufacturer of high-quality, energy-efficient uPVC and aluminium windows and doors.
Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and grow a portfolio of trade accounts across the South East region.
- Support and drive showroom sales, working closely with installers, architects, and specification clients.
- Deliver expert product presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the value of energy efficiency, quality, and security features.
- Provide technical guidance on building regulations, system specifications, and product selection.
- Use digital platforms to streamline customer orders, delivery tracking, and onboarding.
- Work with marketing to coordinate local campaigns, point-of-sale materials, and branded showroom support.
- Achieve and exceed regional sales targets through structured account management and planning.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in B2B sales within the fenestration or wider building products sector.
- Strong understanding of uPVC and aluminium systems, energy-efficient glazing, and relevant standards.
- Familiarity with CRM or digital ordering platforms.
- Consultative sales approach with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Technically minded with commercial awareness.
- Self-motivated, organised, and capable of working independently across a region.
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation abilities.
