Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a pro-active Area Sales Manager to join our Retail Team on a full-time permanent basis. The role is responsible for the performance of around 17 Charity Shops across West Sussex, Hampshire, and the Isle of Wight. This field-based position requires frequent travel; a company car will be provided. Candidates ideally need to be located in the Portsmouth and Southampton area with the ability and flexibility to travel across the wider areas, including the Isle of Wight.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the performance of around 17 Charity Shops across West Sussex, Hampshire, and the Isle of Wight.
• Travel across the area as part of the role; use provided company car.
• Work with support from an experienced Divisional Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of achievement in a multi-site retail business environment at area level or senior shop manager level.
• Experience of multi-site management within a geographically diverse area.
• Proven track record of commercial success and achievement of financial results.
• Experience in managing staff and performance management.
• Experience in recruiting and developing staff.
• Full current driving licence.
