A facilities management provider is seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee cleaning teams across the North West & West Yorkshire region. The successful candidate will manage operations while delivering high service standards and leading team performance. Key responsibilities include client relationship management and compliance with health and safety regulations. Candidates need prior experience in a similar multi-site role and a full UK driving licence. Competitive salary with benefits including a company car and performance-related bonus.
Location: Preston / Leeds / Carlisle (Field-based)
Salary: £35,000 per annum + Company Car + Annual Bonus
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 45 hours per week | 6 days out of 7 (rotational)

This is a hands‑on, operational role focused on people leadership, service delivery and customer engagement across multiple sites.
