Role

Job Title: Rail Architect / Architectural Technician

Location: London (Preferred) | Birmingham or Cardiff (Secondary)

Duration: Initial 6-month contract

Rate: DOE (Inside IR35)

The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Rail Architects and Architectural Technicians to join a world-leading design and engineering consultancy. You will be instrumental in delivering a portfolio of recently won, high-profile UK rail projects, including the Cardiff Central Station redevelopment, HS2 (Old Oak Common), and the Docklands Light Rail (DLR) extension.

The Role

We are looking for versatile individuals with experience in either front-end design or technical delivery (RIBA Stage 4 onwards). You will be joining a growing team and contributing your expertise to some of the UK's most significant new infrastructure projects.

Key Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Architect or Technician on UK rail projects.
  • Ability to work a hybrid model, with 3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday).
  • Flexibility on the number of office days may be possible for the right candidate.
  • Experience in front-end design or technical delivery such as RIBA Stage 4 onwards.
