Konker is working with a family‑owned, award‑winning architectural practice to recruit an Architectural Technologist. The RIBA‑chartered practice specialises in luxury homes and residential extensions, with studios based in Harrogate and York.

The practice delivers high-quality residential refurbishments, bespoke new‑build homes, and commercial architectural projects across Yorkshire and Northern England. As part of continued growth, they are looking to appoint an Architectural Technologist with a minimum of two years experience on residential projects to join their Harrogate office.

The successful candidate will gain exposure to a broad range of work, including high‑end residential, housing, conservation, and commercial projects.

The Position: Architectural Technologist

• Producing technical drawings and providing design support
