Senior Architectural Technologist – Your New Role

Your New RoleAs a Senior Architectural Technologist, you will play a pivotal role in the technical delivery of projects across diverse sectors. Acting as a key advisor to clients, you will manage multi-disciplinary teams and ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards. From feasibility studies to site meetings, your technical expertise will guide every stage of the process. Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects valued between £300k-£10m, including sensitive and secure sector schemes.
• Interpret complex client briefs and develop strategic technical responses aligned with sector requirements.
• Act as Lead Technologist, coordinating with external consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Produce site appraisals, feasibility studies, and planning applications, including those requiring security clearance.
• Prepare detailed technical designs for competitive tender, manage tendering processes, and conduct post-tender analysis.
• Serve as Project Manager/Contract Administrator, overseeing site progress, technical compliance, and financial performance.
• Ensure adherence to UK Building Regulations and sector-specific standards.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to junior technologists and technicians.
• Promote collaborative working across disciplines and contribute to knowledge sharing.
• Support business development through client engagement and proposal input.
