Qualifications

• Proven UK experience as an Architectural Technician/Technologist (approx. 8+ years).
• CIAT membership or eligibility is desired.
• Full right to work in the UK and valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed design and technical drawing packages in AutoCAD.
• Prepare planning, building regulation and construction documents.
• Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and safety requirements.
• Undertake site inspections and resolve technical queries.
• Support senior staff across multiple RIBA stages.
