We are currently recruiting for an Architectural graduate to be enrolled onto our EMEIA (Europe Middle East India and Africa) Graduate Programme which will entail a 3-month international secondment to another Region within ASSA ABLOY. You will take part in a number of development programmes and will also be assigned a mentor within your local business.

What would you do as our Architectural Graduate

As our Architectural Graduate you will be responsible for driving sales of our cutting‑edge architectural software solution Openings Studio to architects specifiers design firms and construction professionals.

Your Key Responsibilities

Business Growth

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in architecture and interior design.
• Increase platform user base through strategic outreach and engagement.

Client Engagement

• Build and maintain relationships with architects specifiers and project managers.
• Deliver tailored product presentations and software demos.
• Provide consultative support throughout the design process.

Market Intelligence

• Monitor industry trends competitor activity and tech developments.
• Share client insights with product teams to inform development.

Sales Administration

• Maintain accurate CRM records of activities pipeline and forecasts.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams on campaigns and launches.

The ideal candidate will

• Be an Architectural Graduate ideally with a 1st or 2.1 bachelors degree
• Have a strong understanding of architectural workflows and design software (e.g. AutoCAD Revit BIM platforms).
• Good communication negotiation and presentation skills.
• Have the ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships.
• Have familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
