The ideal candidate will have strong client management skills, a degree in Architecture, and the ability to prepare Revit and AutoCAD drawings for planning applications. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced architects, manage projects, and contribute to turning creative concepts into reality. Proficiency in Revit is essential, and experience with SketchUp or Enscape is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience securing 30+ planning permissions within the UK.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural roles focused on RIBA Stages 0-3.
• Right to work in the UK is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Revit and AutoCAD drawings for planning applications.

• Assist in coordination and management of planning applications.

Key Responsibilities

Experience & Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or related field (RIBA/CIAT accredited)
• Must have experience securing 30+ planning permissions within the UK, with hands‑on involvement in planning applications and detailed design, contributing to turning creative concepts into built reality.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural roles, preferably focused RIBA Stages 0‑3
• Working use of Revit
• Right to work in the UK is required
