We’re currently supporting a busy architecture practice that’s looking to bring on 1–3 experienced contractors for an upcoming push over the next 2–3 months, ending around mid to late November.

This short-term contract is focused on early-stage design (RIBA 2+) work, so no heavy technical detailing required – just solid modelling, drawing production, and team collaboration.

Architect level must have 5+ years of post-qualification experience

Part 2 arch assistant must have 1-5 years experience

Key Requirements:

• Proficiency in Bentley OpenBuildings Designer (OBD) and MicroStation is essential
• Previous experience working on metro or large-scale infrastructure projects
• Strong modelling skills, ability to produce drawings and cuts from models
• Comfortable working independently and meeting project deadlines
