The team is looking for a Part 3 qualified Architect with 2-3 years post-Part 3 experience to join their growing studio. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to landmark commercial office and mixed-use projects across the UK, working alongside a talented, supportive team that values creativity, technical precision, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and delivery of commercial office and mixed-use projects across all stages, with particular involvement in early design and technical stages.
• Prepare and develop detailed Revit models, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, consultants, and clients to ensure project quality and delivery.
• Participate in design reviews and support project leaders in presentations and coordination tasks.
• Maintain strong awareness of UK Building Regulations, construction standards, and industry best practice.

About You

• Part 3 qualified Architect with 2-3 years post-Part 3 experience.
• Experience working on commercial office projects in the UK (mixed-use experience is a plus).
• Proficient in Revit - essential.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating commercial office or mixed-use project experience.
