Overview

Conrad Consulting have a brand-new vacancy (Summer/Autumn 2025) available for an Architect; ideally with between 1-5 years post-qualification experience. We are recruiting on behalf of a renowned, leading architectural practice that operate from modern office space in the heart of Glasgow's bustling architectural scene. They are looking to expand their Glasgow studio to manage a significant increase in newly commissioned schemes within Glasgow and across the region.

The new hire will join the company structure in a supporting role or overseeing your own small schemes; working closely with the Associate & Director Architects of the business. As your role progresses you will be given greater autonomy and access to bigger and more complex projects. Typical sectors include Higher Education, Life-science, and Commercial. Applicants with experience in these areas will be viewed favourably.

Responsibilities

• Support or lead small to medium-sized architectural schemes.
• Collaborate with Associate & Director Architects to deliver projects.
• Progress to greater autonomy on larger, more complex projects over time.
• Contribute to projects primarily in Higher Education, Life-science, and Commercial sectors.

Qualifications & Requirements

• ARB/RIBA Architect – ideally 1-5 years post-qualification (higher or lower experience considered).
• REVIT & AutoCAD experience is essential.
• Experience in Education, Life-science, or Commercial sectors is preferred.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and work independently or within a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
