We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented AR, Legal & Contracts Administrator to join our Coventry-based team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety in their day-to‑day work – from managing contracts and supporting legal processes to assisting with insurance and general accounts receivable administration.
You’ll play an important role in helping the business operate smoothly and efficiently, supporting teams across Sales, Finance, and Legal, and ensuring our processes are compliant and well documented.
As the AR, Legal & Contracts Administrator, you’ll take ownership of several key areas within the Accounts Receivable function, including contracts, legal administration, insurance management, and general finance support.
You’ll be an organised, proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. You’ll have the confidence to liaise across departments and the ability to balance multiple priorities effectively.
