The Job

As an Apprenticeship Sales Manager, you ll lead on expanding apprenticeship provision in the education sector specifically across schools, academies, and Multi‑Academy Trusts (MATs). You ll develop strategy, build long‑lasting relationships, and drive growth in apprenticeship starts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute apprenticeship sales strategies focused on school and education partnerships
• Build high‑level relationships with senior school leaders and decision‑makers
• Lead and inspire a team of Account Managers to achieve apprenticeship growth targets
• Identify and convert new opportunities within the education and skills market
• Work collaboratively with internal delivery and compliance teams
• Represent the organisation at educational events, meetings, and conferences across the Midlands
