About the Role - Supporting Apprentices in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering
In this role, you\'ll provide hands-on support, mentoring, and coaching to a caseload of apprentices in the Electrical and Mechanical Engineering disciplines. Acting as a key link between the college, apprentices, and employers, you\'ll play a vital role in ensuring each learner stays on track and reaches their full potential.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders to monitor progress toward key milestones and ensure successful completion of End Point Assessments—all within the planned timeframe. Through regular reviews and check-ins, you’ll identify any barriers to success early on and put in place clear, targeted action plans to overcome them.
