Responsibilities

• Servicing vehicles according to brand guidelines.
• Identifying, repairing, and replacing faulty components.
• Liaising with Service Advisors about repairs.
• Maintaining repair and service records.
• Ensuring cleanliness of work bay and surrounding area.

What you’ll do day to day

• Servicing our vehicles – you’ll be carrying out checks and maintenance in accordance with brand guidelines.
• Identifying, repairing and replacing components and parts that are faults.
• Liaising with our Service Advisors about required repairs or vehicle work.
• Maintaining repair and service records.
• Learn and demonstrate work bay and surrounding area tidiness.
• To always consider the customer impact on any activity with the vehicle, demonstrating our customer-centric approach.
• To satisfy the academic requirements of the apprenticeship – engage with our provider and ensure course progress.
