  • Meeting design, safety, time, and commercial requirements
  • Working alongside experienced engineers and mentors

What We’re Looking For
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English (Grade 4‑9 / A
  • C)
  • Plus one of the following :

  • BTEC Level 3 National Certificate in Electrical Engineering (Merit or Distinction)
  • ONC in Electrical Engineering or similar (Merit or Distinction)
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • A passion for engineering and infrastructure
