A leading property management firm in Manchester is seeking a full-time Management Surveyor. You will oversee various commercial properties, provide specialized advice, and engage directly with clients. Ideal candidates should have strong interpersonal skills, meet educational prerequisites, and enjoy a mix of office and site work. This role includes on-the-job training and the opportunity to earn your IOSH certificate.
ABOUT THE ROLE You'll be part of a team delivering a full range of property management services across a diverse portfolio of commercial, industrial, and retail properties. A key feature of our programme is early and consistent client exposure—giving you the opportunity to build relationships and develop confidence in real-world settings from the outset. You'll also collaborate closely with our ESG, Facilities Management, Property Accounting, and Building Surveying teams, gaining broad exposure across disciplines. As part of the programme, you'll earn your IOSH certificate and attend external events and forums. We offer one pathway:

Pre-requisites: 96 UCAS tariff points or equivalent and GCSE Grade 4 (or C) or above in English and Mathematics or equivalent qualification.
